Purchase of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description on the site.
Import duties, taxes and ancillary charges are not included in our item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as is the legality of importing the item. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their documentation requirements and costs prior to buying.
Prices are quoted on the website at the time you place your order. All prices exclude VAT (applicable in Zimbabwe and South Africa only), shipping and import duties levied by your country of residence.
Delivery charges are calculated at the time of check out and depend on the weight of the parcel being shipped and the destination.
Nile Crocodile and Hippopotamus products
We export these items with a full Cites permit. Please be aware that the buyer is required to obtain an import permit. The cost of the import permit is not included in the purchase price.
Payment for Nile Crocodile and Hippopotamus products must be made by direct bank transfer to Zimbabwe. Please email Linda at lr@courteneyboot.com for details.
Elephant products
These are restricted by Cites and are available in Zimbabwe only.
Variations
It is important to note that due to the limitations of photography and the web itself colours of leathers may differ from those displayed on your device. There will also always be small variations in leather colours due to tannery limitations.
Payment
We accept the following credit cards via payment by PayPal: Visa, Mastercard and via a PayPal account. We also accept payment via EFT.
Payment for Nile Crocodile and Hippopotamus products must be made by direct bank transfer to Zimbabwe.
