Deliveries & Returns
All items ordered are manufactured at the workshop in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. We need fifteen working days to make your order, and then ship.
All items are regularly consolidated for export to Johannesburg, South Africa, from where we distribute.
We will send you updates telling you *when your order has been ticketed for manufacture, *when your order has been made and included in the next export shipment bound for Johannesburg, *when the shipment has been collected for export, and *when your order has been shipped from either the SA Post Office or Postnet/courier from Johannesburg. We will then provide the tracking number.
Please feel free to communicate with Gale at firstname.lastname@example.org with any enquiries about your order if you are concerned, but please bear in mind that your order is being made specifically for you and, together with the process of exporting to South Africa and then distributing, this takes time.
South Africa deliveries
All items for delivery in South Africa will be despatched either by Postnet to Postnet (P2P) service (you will be required to provide the details of your nearest Postnet and your contact number) or with The Courier Guy (you will be required to provide physical address and your contact number).
All items purchased for delivery outside Zimbabwe and South Africa will be despatched by airmail with tracking number using the South Africa Postal system. Delivery times are variable, but we recommend that you budget anything up to six weeks for all shipments, both overseas and within Africa, in addition to manufacturing time of 15 working days.
Import duties, taxes and ancillary charges are not included in our item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as is the legality of importing the item. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their documentation requirements and costs prior to buying.
We will make every effort to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered and, if footwear, that it fits. To this end we strongly recommend that you follow the fitting guidance on the website most carefully, provide as much information as possible, and help us with your best judgement. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition, and provided the product has not been personalized, for example if you have ordered a boot on a sole other than workshop standard.
Courteney regrets that it is unable to offer a refund on footwear that has been made on a sole that is not workshop standard.
In the event of your wishing to return an item please email email@example.com for return instructions. Your return should be made within 28 days of date of invoice. If the item is returned and is not in a fully re-saleable condition Courteney reserves the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct up to 20% from the original selling price from the refund amount.
This does not affect your rights – we will refund your original delivery charge if the product has a manufacturing defect, but not when it does not fit, or is not wanted.
All sale or discounted products are final sale.
Should you wish to cancel an order placed online with Courteney please email firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once orders have left the factory, and are at the mercy of international transport systems, Courteney is not obliged to refund due to delays. If you feel your order may not arrive in time please feel free to ask Gale for a quotation from Fedex.
