Availability

We need ten to fifteen working days to make your order, specifically for you, at the workshop in Bulawayo. Please feel free to communicate with Sharron at sharron@courteneyboot.com with any enquiries about your order.

Purchase of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description on the site.

Import duties, taxes and ancillary charges are not included in our item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as is the legality of importing the item. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their documentation requirements and costs prior to buying.

Exotics – Nile Crocodile and Hippopotamus products: We export these items with a full Cites permit. Please be aware that the buyer is required to obtain an import permit. The cost of the import permit is not included in the purchase price.

Elephant products: These are restricted by Cites and are available in Zimbabwe only.

Prices are quoted on the website at the time you place your order. All prices exclude VAT (Zimbabwe and South Africa only), shipping and import duties levied by your country of residence.

Delivery charges are calculated at the time of check out and depend on the weight of the parcel being shipped and the destination.

Variations

It is important to note that due to the limitations of photography and the web itself colours of leathers may differ from those displayed on your device. There will also always be small variations in leather colours due to tannery limitations.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards via payment by PayPal and Paynow: Visa, Mastercard and via a PayPal account. We also accept payment via EFT.

Payment for Nile Crocodile and Hippopotamus products must be made using the Paynow service.
